“No, I haven’t decided, not only, against whom I am running, I have not decided whether I will stand in General”, – said Putin.

He explained that “the law in late November – early December should be declared the presidential campaign.” “I think that by this time, the main contenders for it [their participation] will say, publicly announce and publicize their election programs,” suggested Putin.
