Russia know that for the attack on a humanitarian convoy in Aleppo, Syria in September was one of the terrorist organizations, said Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview with French TV channel TF1. He also said that the United States has proposed that Russian soldiers were guarding the road on which the supply of Aleppo.

In an interview, Putin said: “There (near Aleppo) there is only one road which should pass (humanitarian) convoys; on the one hand there are the militants, with the other parts of the Syrian army,” he said. “We know about provocations, about the impact on her, and we know that it was made by one of the terrorist groups,” – said the Russian leader.
At the same time, Putin reaffirmed Moscow’s position that the humanitarian convoy in the Syrian city necessary.
In addition, the Russian President said that the United States during the negotiations, urged Russia to send troops to guard the road on which the humanitarian convoys going to the besieged city of Aleppo. A proposal he called “exotic”, indicating that the agreement on the withdrawal from the road of the forces of the Syrian army and the rebels made this time was not.
“Our military and people are brave and determined, came to me and said, yeah, okay, we’re ready. I said no, we’ll do it, but only together with the Americans, offer it to them. A joint convoy from the Syrian Arab red Crescent (SARC) and UN humanitarian agencies on 19 September was shelled in the area of Urum al-Kubra, North-West of the city of Aleppo. The convoy consisted of 31 of the truck and drove by to 78 thousand people.
