The Russian government rejected the idea of holding early presidential elections, turned out the TV channel “Rain”. The Kremlin worked out electoral plan a year early if elected, Hillary Clinton head of state in the United States, but after its defeat, the scenario has become irrelevant, according to the channel, citing informed sources.
