England striker “Manchester United” Wayne Rooney gave a name t-shirt of the national team terminally ill child, according to the BBC.

The England team on Friday defeated with the score 3:0 team Scotland in the match of the qualifying tournament of world championship-2018 on football which will pass in Russia.

The striker, who took part in this game, sent my t-shirt 8-year-old fan of the Kasabian Newton-Smith, who has been diagnosed with cancerous tumors in the brain.

“I just want to say thank you for supporting and holding the tee in a match with Scots. I hope you will like it and will make you smile,” said Rooney.

Members of the family of Kasabian told that the boy was at the match “Manchester United” and “literally fell in love” with what he saw. Currently, the child is bedridden.

Social networks started a campaign in support of the boy, which was attended by football stars. Among them former England striker Alan Shearer and current players – midfielder “Liverpool” Adam Lallana and forward “Sheffield United” Billy Sharpe, said “R-Sport”.
