According to the Roskomnadzor, the sites from the list of registered not only in Russia, but in the domain areas of Panama, Australia and the USA that suggests “involvement of foreign folklore characters to these events.”

The Ministry promised to rectify the violations. “For all the revealed facts, we will take appropriate response actions (including judicial) to resolve violations. Santa Claus, happy birthday.
