The Kazan football club “Rubin” has applied to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan in the case of forward Serdar Azmun, acting in the present “Rostov”. About it reports TV channel “Match TV” with reference to the press service of the club.

Kazan asked the investigators to verify the use of a forged document, allegedly “new labor contract” Serdar Azmun which side the player uses in the process of determining the amount of compensation for the actually held the transfer of the player to another club.

21-year-old Iranian striker of the Turkmen origin in the summer of this year, voluntarily left “Rubin” and signed a contract with the “Rostov”, which originally took it out. A contract in which Azmoun has spent in “Rostov” last season, kept the option of redemption.

As he argued Azmoun, Rubin grossly violated the terms, refusing to let him go to Rostov-on-don to a favorite coach Kurban Berdyev for spelled out in the contract money.

Court of arbitration for sport (CAS) in Lausanne allowed “Rostov” to say football player in the Russian championship and the Champions League, but Rubin intends to challenge the decision of the CAS.

Kazan also filed a complaint to the International football Federation (FIFA), the trial is ongoing.
