The head of the German intelligence Hans-Georg Maassen said FAZ: “Our analysis has shown that this attack (on the servers OSCE) used the same infrastructure as other cyber attacks in the framework of (hacker) campaign APT28 campaign, which last year was directed in particular against the Bundestag… as APT28, that is, the instructions to the Russian sources, (its origin)”.
