Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov said that the investigation into the crash of the Boeing MH17 in the Donbas was conducted in conditions of obviously biased attitude to Russia. He declared it in interview to the First channel. During the week there were published report of the investigation of the crash, which indicated that anti-aircraft missile complex “Buk” missile which was shot down by Boeing, was delivered to controlled by the separatist territory of Russian Federation.

In an interview with channel Sands said: “the Investigation cannot be waged on the basis of the paradigm, where in a few minutes after the tragedy at the official level in countries known to the advocate and say that Russia is to blame”. As stressed by the press Secretary to the President, “to conduct an investigation if, based on this paradigm, it is doomed to partiality, it is doomed to failure.” (Quoted by TASS.)

An international team of investigators concluded that anti-aircraft missile complex “Buk” missile which was shot down Malaysian “Boeing” in the Donbass, on 17 July 2014, was delivered from Russia, and then returned to Russia. The plane was shot down from area controlled by separatists of the self-proclaimed Donetsk people’s Republic.

Earlier, commenting on the results of the report for the air force, Sands, four managed to avoid answering direct questions about whether he acknowledges the findings of the investigators. “There is nothing to accept or deny. First of all, I repeat, this is pre-trial detention. We still need to continue the investigation. Unfortunately, we have not seen any evidence,” said the spokesman.
