NEWSru.com) about transferring them for sentence to the homeland in the Russian Ministry of justice has still not arrived”. “But an international Treaty and does not imply an exchange, each procedure is independently”, – noted a source in law enforcement bodies.

The spokesman added that, if necessary, the procedure can be synchronized, but so far such a task is not assigned. “Everything is in normal working order, without reference to the development of the situation with the Russians on Ukraine,” the source added.

Earlier in the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation received requests of Ukraine on the submission of documents for the transfer of several prisoners of Ukrainians, including pilots Savchenko. The Ministry is the consideration of these documents. While the Ministry noted that the motions of the Russians and Erofeeva Alexandrov on the transfer to Russia they have not been. In addition, the lawyer convicted in Ukraine, two Russians Oksana Sokolovsky on 10 may stated that the exchange may not take place.

The Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly demanded the release of Savchenko and her extradition to Kiev. Nadezhda Savchenko was convicted in Russia for 22 years in prison for the murder of journalists VGTRK in the Donbass. The court found that she was covert observation and adjustment of artillery fire during the shelling, during which killed Russian correspondents Igor Kornelyuk and Anton Voloshin.
