The President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and entrepreneurs (RSPP) Alexander Shokhin in an interview to”Rossiyskaya Gazeta” said that some provisions of the draft “Basic directions of tax policy” for the next three years will increase the burden on honest business in Russia.
“It is proposed to limit the transfer of losses received by the taxpayer in the previous tax periods: not the most comfortable as immediately after the crisis. The excise increase, which calls into question the attainability of the inflation target, the compulsory payment of tax for unregistered property, the owner of the land on which it is located, even if legal ways to force the owner of the unfinished to register the owner of the land,” – said Shokhin.
At the same time, said the head of RSPP, will increase the size of fines that must be paid if the delay in terms the levy of taxes and insurance premiums.
In February 2017 RSPP intends to issue a report on the state of the business climate in Russia, which will present an accurate assessment of the relationship of the business with the tax authorities.
