64-year-old American Steven Paddock, who opened fire in Las Vegas in the midst of the festival, country-music Route 91 Harvest, in which at least 50 people were killed and 406 were injured varying degrees of severity, has committed suicide. This was reported in the office of the Sheriff’s office, reports AP.
According to preliminary data, the Paddock was found dead in a hotel room from which he had been shooting at the crowd. The police arrived on the scene, his body was discovered and at least 10 firearms.
