SK has accused two Ukrainian military leaders to organize a massive shelling of civilian targets in Russia
Russia’s investigative Committee has charged in absentia charges against two current officers of the army of Ukraine of involvement in the massive artillery shelling of the border areas of Russia in the Rostov region in June-August 2014, reported on the website of the Ministry.
This is the commander of 72-th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed forces of Ukraine Andriy Gryshchenko, who currently holds the position of commander of the operational command “South” of land forces of this country, and the commander of the 27th artillery regiment of the Ukrainian armed forces Colonel Valery Ismailov.
