Russian skater Denis yuskov became the winner of the 1500 meters and the second at a distance of 1000 meters on the world Cup stage, held in the German Inzell 4-6 December.
Two-time world champion pleased with my results in Inzell and plans to continue to fight for the lead in the overall standings of the tournament at the upcoming round of the Dutch Heerenveen.
“Step in Inzell, I am satisfied, – said the leader of Russian national team in an interview with TASS. – I think I managed to show up at this stage. As for the leadership in the overall standings of the world Cup, now I’m going on the third position in the ranking. But there is still two stages of the tournament and finals, so all is not lost”.
According to Uskov, his performance at 1500 meters in Inzell was close to perfect. “It is clear that there is no limit,’ he said. But overall it was a very good run. Tomorrow on arrival in Heerenveen will analyze the run in detail.”
The fourth world Cup stage on skating sports will take place in the Dutch Heerenveen from 11 to 13 December.
