Russian figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva took the lead in the Grand Prix Final in Marseille after the short program in which she set a new world record. The world and European champion Medvedev, who won last year’s Grand Prix Final, has received for the rental 79,21 points.

Second after the short program is canadian Caitlin Osmond (75,54 points), third is the silver medalist of the world championship 2015 the Japanese Satoko Miyahara (74,64).

Should be placed three more representatives of Russia, bronze medallist of last year’s world and European Championships Anna Pogorelaya (73,29 points), Elena Radionova (68,98), Maria Sotskova (65,74). Random skater will present on Saturday evening.
