According to the head of the holding, political consultant Yevgeny Minchenko, the output of Timchenko from the President’s inner circle is associated with a decrease in activity of the businessman on the strategic directions. “Previously, a similar journey was undertaken by Roman Abramovich,” – said Minchenko in an interview with RBC.
