The government decree on the systematic collection of information about the Executive public authorities of St. Petersburg official meetings with representatives of foreign organizations States that the report must be received from officials on a quarterly basis.
In the questionnaire Smolny officials must specify the date, place, start time and duration of the official meeting, its initiator.
