British pilot Colin Stuart Hales who has committed an emergency landing on Sakhalin on October 31, continued his journey around the world called KR2 World Tour.

Around noon on 11 November he took off from the airport Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and took a course on the Japanese city of Niigata, received from the Japanese side, permission to land, reported on the website of the air Harbor of the island region of the Russian Federation.

Further the British plans to visit many countries, one of which soon will be competitions of pilots-fans, reports the portal “Sakhalin and the Kurils”.

The Englishman was forced to make an emergency landing at the airport of the city of Shakhtersk due to icing his plane caught in the zone of a cold air front. On 2 November he arrived in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

In an interview Hales said that he had flown to Russia in August for 10 days and were planning to go to China, but he had to wait too long for permission to make this flight from the Chinese side. During this time he managed to visit Anadyr, Magadan, and Khabarovsk, where he started in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

After an unplanned landing in mining pilot said that his plane was not designed for winter weather. Thus, according to the pilot, during his travel machine never broke.

This aircraft represents a unique model that Hales personally redesigned and modernized. Double plane has only four meters in length, a wingspan of six meters. You can fly it only in the daytime.
