The Bank of Russia on October 27, revoked the licenses of the three banks are registered in Moscow “Westintertrans” and “Entusiasmante” and “Kuban universal Bank”, reports the press service of the Central Bank.

Payment of insurance compensation to depositors of banks whose Central Bank on Thursday revoked the license, will begin no later than 10 November 2016. This is stated in the message of Agency on insurance of contributions (ASV).

According to the regulator, all three of the credit institution violate Federal laws regulating Bank activity, and statutory acts of the Central Bank.

So, OOO “Westintertrans”, according to the regulator, invest in assets of poor quality, not taking into account the assumed risks. As a result, the Central Bank saw in the work of the organization the signs of a possible bankruptcy and withdrew the license.

“Entusiastisk”, in addition, violated the laws in the field of combating laundering of criminal proceeds and financing of terrorism. The Bank’s employees are not represented in the controller the necessary information, explained in the CBA.

“Kuban universal Bank” also appeared on the verge of bankruptcy because of the placement of funds in low-quality assets. The Central Bank noted that the financial organization did not create reserves to possible losses.

All three banks are participants of system of insurance of contributions. At the time of withdrawal of the license “Westintertrans” took 489-th place in the banking system of the country, “Entusiastisk” was located on 608-th place, and “Kuban universal Bank” – 377.
