The government allowed the company associated with the son of the public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation Igor Chaika, to consolidate 75% of the largest Russian manufacturer of railway sleepers. From the letter also indicated that the Board of Directors of JSC “RZD” tentatively agreed on a deal back in November on the terms of the waiver of liquidated damages in the amount of 400 million rubles per year and guarantee the preservation of BETH in production volumes at the level of 10.5 million sleepers per year and the current formula prices for JSC “Russian Railways” till 2020.
