The Supreme court of North Ossetia has softened the punishment of the mothers of the victims of the terrorist attack in Beslan, who was sentenced for the appearance before journalists in t-shirts “Putin – the executioner of Beslan” at the funeral September 1, the fines and community service, reports RIA “Novosti” with reference to the representative of the court.

Right Bank district court of Beslan under article 19.3 part 1 of the administrative code (disobeying a police officer) appointed six women to a fine of 500 rubles, Jeanne Terehovoj and Emma Tagaeva – the penalty in 20 thousand roubles under article 20.2 of the administrative code (violation of the order of the meeting or meetings). For this article Emilia Bzarova, Svetlana Margieva, Zemfira Chirikova, Emma Kesaeva received 20 hours of community service.

The Supreme court examined the first six complaints, Zemfira Zarichovo justified, since it didn’t have a shirt and the court found no corpus delicti, and the actions of other detainees reclassified with part 2 of article 20.2 of the administrative code (“organization of uncoordinated action”) in part 5 of the same article (“violation of the established procedure of promotion”).

They were fined in sums from five to 10 thousand rubles: Emma Kesaeva and Jeanne Terehovoj fines of 10 thousand rubles, Svetlana Margieva court – five thousand, Emilia bzarova the penalty in 10 thousand roubles was replaced by compulsory work, Emma tagaeva changed the penalty from 20 thousand to 10 thousand rubles.

Earlier, on 21 October, the Supreme court of Republic has made the same reclassification and changed the punishment to the Svetlana Margieva due to the fact that it was only a party, not a promoter.

The result changed the punishment, but not the essence. As noted by the court on his page in Facebook Ella Kesaeva, “all who put on t-shirts, punished: four penalties and one compulsory works”. “The Supreme court legalized recognized by the district court of the guilt. Punished for the inscription on the t-shirts. One of the six detained women were in the gym without a shirt, and her court acquitted”.

“From November 3, 2016 will be considered in the same Supreme court of the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania complaints against the decision of the district court under article 19.3 of the administrative code: disobeying the lawful demand of a police officer. This is when we were detained and forcibly threw into the car. Do we need to go back to court – not yet decided,” – said Kesaeva.

Protest action mothers took place on the 1st of September, 12 years after the terrorist attack in Beslan. Women came to the memorial service for his dead children in the Beslan school N1, removed the robe and left in t-shirts on which was written: “Putin – the executioner of Beslan”. The protesters demanded the investigation of the tragedy 12 years ago, which, in their opinion, was delayed. Women also noted that during the liberation school when the hostages were inside, special units were heavy shelling of the building, including flamethrowers and tanks.

As soon as the protest drew attention, the FSB and other law enforcement bodies involved in the protection of visitors, pushed women into a corner and closed backs, to print t-shirts never saw the rest. Then the protesters were given to get out of school and detained and accused under articles 19.3 and 20.2 of the administrative code.
