The Moscow arbitration court returned it without consideration the claim of the budget subsidiary of Aeroflot loukoster “Victory”, submitted to the “Novaya Gazeta” with the requirement to collect two million roubles from the newspaper to refute the information contained in the article Anastasia Egorova, a “Quest “Victory”, published on 17 August. This was reported in the documentpublished on the official website of the court.
The reason for this decision was the violation by the plaintiff of the Arbitration procedure code. In particular, representatives of the airline made to the requirement of proof that the complaint and its annexes sent to the defendants.
In addition, the court found no evidence of the payment of the “Victory” of state fees and “compliance with the claim procedure of dispute resolution”. While the document States that the return of the claim does not prevent to go to court with the same demand again after the elimination of violations.
The claim of the low-cost airline to “Novaya Gazeta” was registered on 6 October, with the date of its consideration has not been appointed. On the grounds of the claim was not reported. The second defendant in the lawsuit was provided to the journalist Anastasia Egorova.

Meanwhile, in a statement, the company stated that the claim related to this note, which contained “unfounded accusations against the airline “Victory” and discrediting the business reputation of the Russian loukoster”.

Egorova, in particular, accused the airline of constant delay and “known only to the organizers” (to the carrier) the time of departure, but “Victory” is among the leaders in punctuality among all Russian airlines”, the mind, the press service of the airline.

In this regard, the airline “Victory” demands to oblige Egorov to refute false information in the “Novaya Gazeta” identical font and intends to collect two million rubles as compensation of harm “caused to the business reputation of the company.”
