Music festival Kubana, which after his expulsion from Russia and settled in Riga, two years later, leaving the Latvian capital. This was announced by the organizer of the event Ilya Ostrovsky.

“There are a lot of reasons, and now it makes no sense to voice them and to address each separately”, – he wrote in Facebook.

According to Ostrovsky, “it was a wonderful two years,” new stories, but “we need to move on”. “Where? That this is now the main issue. I’m open to any suggestions and new locations – Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Bulgaria, India, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Armenia – there are all more beautiful places in the world where we were not!” he wrote in the social network, directing their appeal to the owners of land, ships, Islands, governors, presidents, investors and Ministers.

Recall that the first festival was held in the village of Veselovka Krasnodar region in 2009. In 2015, the organizers announced the move in the Kaliningrad oblast, however, the authorities of the village of Amber also refused to hold the festival. After that two years in a row the festival was held in Riga. Iosif Prigozhin, producer and husband of singer Valeria, which are banned entry to Latvia, said that he is ashamed of the Patriotic figures of show business, who agreed to go to a festival in Riga, and called them “Asses”. After a sharp reaction on the part of Lev Leshchenko became the headliner of the Kubana, Prigogine said that correctly assessed the situation.
