The government of Russia has submitted for consideration the state Duma the bill
banning “undesirable organizations” to create in Russia
legal entities or participate in them. The document was
published in the electronic database of documents on the website

In the explanatory note to the bill States that the Federal
the law “On amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation” dated 23
may 2015 prohibiting the establishment of “undesirable organizations”
structural units of foreign or international
