The head of”Mail of Russia” Dmitry Strashnov, in 2014 earned 95,4 million rubles, while the average salary of employees is only about 20 thousand rubles. This is stated in the official report of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, prepared after verification, the Ministry of communications, according to journalists portal CNews.

In the document, in particular, says that one of the remarks of the Prosecutor General is linked to a contract Strashnov. In April 2013, the head of the Ministry Nikolai Nikiforov has signed a contract for a period of one year, which was agreed with Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich. After a year, the Ministry of communications has extended the contract for another five years.

However, until now the contract extension had been agreed with the Russian government. The result is being questioned, “his competence in making management decisions, financial management of enterprise” and also created the Foundation “for the recognition of such decision is illegal,” declares the Prosecutor’s office.

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on the remuneration of heads of Federal state enterprises provided that the ratio of average wages of managers and employees should not exceed eight times. At the same time, this ratio can be increased for individual companies by order of the appropriate Federal body of Executive power, the newspaper notes.

Meanwhile, journalists “Sheets” have seen a copy of the order of the Minister of communications Nikolay Nikiforov on 31 October on establishing the maximum level of the ratio of wages head of “Mail of Russia”, Deputy chief accountant and the average wage of payroll employees of the company.

The document says that the salary of the head of “Mail of Russia” will exceed 500 average wages of ordinary workers, Deputy head – 350 times the average salary, and the chief accountant – 150. Control over execution of this order Nikiforov holds, as follows from the document itself.

At the year-end numbers may be different, said the representative of “Mail of Russia”. However, if you stick to the original forecast, then the order should be that the Strashnov salary may reach 10 million rubles per month, or 120 million rubles per year, concludes the publication.
