The interior Ministry of the Republic of Karelia did not rule out the initiation of the case on the fact of the Dading fight with cellmate
The administration of the correctional colony No. 7 in the Karelian town of Segezha was sent to the police documents on the fact of fighting convicted for violating the order of conducting meetings Ildar Dading with his cellmate, reports TASS with reference to head of the press service of the interior Ministry in Karelia Leonid Rosenberg.
“Materials for the incident that occurred in IK-7, in Segezha transferred to the police Department and registered. Currently going to the documents being tested, the results of which will be a procedural decision”, – he explained.
While in the Republican Ministry clarified that after a fight can be prosecuted under article “the Beating” or “Deliberate causing of a little harm to health”, but “it depends from the injuries”.
Earlier, on November 17, in the regional Department of the Federal penitentiary service reported that yesterday in the premises of one of the units IR 7 between Davnym and his cellmate there was a conflict on household soil. “As a result of a verbal altercation and a fight ensued. Prison officials have isolated the convicts in different areas”, – stated in the message Department.
FSIN has noted that after examination by a doctor both convicted were given medical assistance. Dading got a bruise in lip, the second convict who, according to the statement of the Federal penitentiary service, received multiple head injuries, was sent for medical examination.
Later wife Dading told the details of the fight. “The words of Ildar, put to it some Uzbek convict who knows that may “activist”. And at some point, this “friend” begins to Ildar bychit, bisecting his lip, grabs his neck, trying to fill up on the floor. The administration is not doing anything until the government starts to piss me off: apparently, that was the video for the next “recovery,” – said Anastasia Zotova.
Dading was Russia’s only convicted under article 212.1 after her appearance in the new edition of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation in the summer of 2014. In December 2015, the Dading was sentenced to three years in a General regime colony. In March 2016, the Moscow city court has mitigated the sentence to activist for six months. In November 2016 Dading publicly reported about torture and beatings in the Karelian colony N7, which caused a wide public resonance.
