At the meeting of “Normandy four” negotiations of leaders of Germany, Russia, Ukraine and France, Angela Merkel, Vladimir Putin, Petro Poroshenko and Francois Hollande, which took place in Berlin on October 19, missed the Plenipotentiary representative of Russia in the Contact group on Ukraine, Boris Gryzlov.
