The head of the Department stressed that the rental license is valid throughout the country, however, the subjects of the Russian Federation has the right to limit the display of pictures on their site. Earlier with a request not to include Chechnya in the rental license has addressed the head of the Republic Ramzan Kadyrov. A similar appeal to the Ministry of culture was sent to the authorities of Dagestan, it was signed by Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Caribbean.
