The Ministry of justice in the Moscow city court has refused demands to eliminate the social movement “Stopham” raising wrong Parking of drivers, reported “Interfax” in a press-service of the court.
Before the start of the proceedings had filed a petition for termination of the administrative proceedings, because the violations of law by defendant removed and now the grounds for liquidation of public organizations is not available. Definition of Moscow city court the proceedings in this administrative case is dismissed.
“Stopping the proceedings, the court proceeded from the fact that the right to refusal of the administrative claim of the plaintiff provided by law, the denial of the claimed voluntarily, not against CAS, the Russian Federation and other Federal laws, does not violate the rights of other persons”, – noted in press service.
The Ministry, feeding the claim about liquidation of the organization, pointed to the repeated gross violations of the law: in particular, according to the officials, “Stopham” has not presented the financial reports and other information about its activities.
The head of “Stopham” Dmitry Chugunov has agreed to correct all violations and added that the activities of the movement is public, because “all videos uploaded to the Internet”. He also told the court that the motion is financed from the Federal budget: “We have received the presidential grant.”
“We have received approval from the first persons of the state”, – stressed in court Chugunov, lamenting that some media called “Stopham” prohibited organization (quoted by RAPSI).
Previously, the Supreme court (SC) of the Russian Federation has cancelled the decision on liquidation of the movement, agreed with the arguments of its representatives, “Stopham” and sending the case to the court of first instance. The organization was liquidated in March the Moscow city court.
Public movement “Stopham” was created in 2010 by representatives of the Pro-Kremlin movement “Nashi”. The project was first presented in July 2010 at the forum Seliger and was verbally approved by the then Minister of internal Affairs of Russia Rashid Nurgaliyev.
The movement has gained prominence due to its actions aimed at the fight against violators of traffic rules and often ended in fights with the drivers. Members of the organization stick the stickers “I do not care at all, parked where I want” on the windshields of cars parked on their perspective is wrong.
One of the recent high-profile episodes of activity “Stopham” became a fight of activists with the Olympic champion in gymnastics Alexei Nemov in February 2016.
