The activists of the Moscow LGBT movement has filed notification on holding a gay parade in support of tolerant attitude and respect for the rights and freedoms of persons of homosexual orientation and gender minorities in the Russian Federation in the administration of the Belgorod, Kursk and Orel. Simultaneously, the famous Russian gay activist Nikolai Alekseev has announced that it received from the authorities of the Ivanovo permission to hold a gay pride parade. Later, however, city officials denied this information.

On Tuesday on the portal GayRussia reported that the administration of Ivanovo agreed to hold a gay pride parade and two LGBT-actions, notices of which were filed last week. Corresponding letter activists got signed by the Deputy head of administration of city of Vladimir Karpov. Copies of the documents Alekseev has published on his page in the social network “Vkontakte”.

Soon, however, the head of Department of public relations and information of the administration of Ivanovo Svetlana Kornilova, the radio station “Moscow speaking” said that there was a pad and a response to the request of the organizers of the rally had been withdrawn. “The person who answered this email was not authorized. There was a cover,” – said Kornilov.

According to her, the city administration has not agreed to the event: “They have filed three applications. We turned them down in the places they indicated, citing the fact that they are near children’s educational institutions. In the framework of the 124th law, article 14, refused to conduct similar activities.

On Tuesday, LGBT activists announced that on the eve of submitted applications for holding actions in Belgorod, Kursk and Orel. In each case, the organizers had notified the authorities about their readiness to change the place or time of holding of the shares on the reasoned proposal of the municipal administrations. Under current law, replies authorities to the filed notice must be given within three days.

Earlier in September, the activists of the Moscow gay pride were refused in reconciling gay pride parades and other LGBT events in Tyumen, Kaluga, Tula, Tver, Saint-Petersburg, Vladimir and Yaroslavl. All of these failures have already been appealed by the organizers in the courts.

The founder of Moscow gay pride Nikolai Alekseev said that “all the failures of the authorities in the coordination of our public events will be contested in the courts and, if necessary, brought to the European court of human rights”.

We will remind, the authorities of St. Petersburg, previously citing the refusal of the stock, pointed out that the rally and March can lead to the violation of the Federal law banning propaganda of nontraditional sexual relations among minors. Also the officials referred to the employment sites that were claimed by gay activists. At the same time two years ago in St. Petersburg without any emergency was agreed with the city authorities, a meeting of LGBT activists.
