The number of Russians who feel ethnic tension in their homes has reached the minimum values for all the years of research, beginning in 2005, according to “Levada-Center”, in September, introduced by the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation in the list of NGOs-“foreign agents”.

In the population survey conducted by sociologists of the organization in early August, only 18% of respondents declared the feeling of tension of this kind in the city or area where they live.
