The performance of the Sakhalin theatre received the Grand Prix of the Japanese festival Theater Go Round
The play directed by Paul Zobnina “Beautiful far” Sakhalin international theatrical center named after Chekhov won the Grand Prix of Japan at the international theatre festival Theater Go Round, reports the website of the theatre.
Just the festival featured 40 theater companies from Japan, South Korea, France and Russia. Throughout November, the performances during the festival were shown in ten theaters in Sapporo.

As reported by the Chekhov centre, within the framework of the festival the performance “Beautiful far” was shown three times, each time sold out.
In 2013, Sakhalin theatre has already participated in the theater festival Theater Go Round. Then play “My life” directed by Vyacheslav Tesuka also received the Grand Prix of the contest.
