The plane with the players and coaches of Brazilian football club “Epicoene” couldn’t get to his native city after an away match of the Copa Libertadores against Argentine “Lanus” (2:1). The aircraft made an unscheduled landing in Porto Alegre, according to the portal Globoesporte.
Airport in Chapeco failed to take on Board due to issues with the runway, causing the plane had to land in Porto Alegre, where the players 11 hours to get to Itá on the bus.
Recall that on 29 November last year, the aircraft on Board of which were the players “Epicoene”, crashed near the Colombian city of Medellin during the flight in the first final match of South American Cup against local “Atletico Nacional”.

The club formed a group of players to prepare for the new season, which started on January 26.
