The national teams of Germany, Poland, Albania and Romania have qualified for the final round of the European championship on football of 2016, which will be held in France, while Ireland and Denmark will play in the play-offs, reports UEFA.com.

Thanks to the victory over Georgia with the score 2:1 the Germans scored 22 points and took first place in group D. The second position was secured team Poland (21), the three locked the Republic of Ireland (18).

In group I the results of the tenth round of the Albania win Armenia 3:0 for the first time in its history qualified for a major tournament. Denmark fell in the end on the third place. First place there early staked a claim to Portugal.

In group F excelled Northern Ireland. Romania became the second after the victory over the Faroe Islands – 3:0. Hungary remained third after losing in the last round of Greece (3:4), but retains a good chance of direct access to the status of the best third team selection.
