The police detained seven people involved in a consistent procession of nationalists “Russian March” in Moscow’s Lyublino district. It is reported TASS citing a source in law enforcement bodies of the capital.

Two of the detentions occurred before the action. “Before the rally of nationalists in the street Pererva, where he built a General column, the police in the course of inspection detained two young people,” – said the Agency interlocutor. According to him, one of them in the course of inspection of personal belongings were confiscated 35-cm chain that prohibited the mass rally, the second box of fireworks (firecrackers, flares and smoke bombs).

Young people put in a police bus, they will be delivered to the territorial Department of the Ministry of interior.

“At the end of the March (…) fighters of capital OMON arrested for various offences, seven people,” – said TASS in the press service of the Moscow OMON of the Federal service of national guard troops. They were arrested for the use of pyrotechnics, clad mask with slits for eyes and also for bringing chains, which is prohibited in mass campaigns.

Meanwhile, the procession of nationalists have been completed then the meeting began. According to TASS, the part of the people dispersed. At the beginning of the rally on the square near the monument to the Soldier of Fatherland was left about 270 people.

The action of nationalists is timed to celebrate November 4th national unity Day. Initially Moscow authorities rejected four requests for “Russian March”. But then the event still agreed. The organizers said that it will gather 10 thousand people. According to the sociological service MobCounter2015 actually on the March came to more than 1000 people. According to the police, much less 350.

On the March was heard the slogan: “Abolish 282 th”, “Demushkin and Freedom for political prisoners”, “Russian, forward!”, “Glory To Russia!” Twitter user Denis Styazhkin also writesthat the congregation chanting the slogan “Russia without Putin!”, which usually can be heard at meetings of the liberal opposition.

One of the organizers of the rally, the leader of “Slavic force” Dmitry Demushkin, formerly under house arrest in the criminal case on extremism, October 21 at the time of filing of the application in the mayoralty on carrying out “Russian March” was arrested and the same day sent by the decision of Presnensky court under house arrest. According to investigators, Demushkin has posted on his page in the social network article extremist “to incite hatred and hostility towards a certain group of people”.
