The President of the International ski Federation (FIS) Gianfranco Kasper expressed disbelief in the report of the independent Commission of the world anti-doping Agency (WADA) under the leadership of Richard McLaren, saying that the head of the Commission needs to provide irrefutable proof and evidence of the manipulation of doping samples at the 2014 Games in Sochi.

“I would like to see real facts and evidence, because with the accuracy we can’t say it’s true or not. McClaren should be given the facts, name the names. All these reports about holes in the walls at the Games in Sochi look like a Hollywood story,” said Casper, whose words are quoted by TASS.

Independent Commission of the world anti-doping Agency (WADA) under the leadership of Richard McLaren on 18 July reported on the outcome of the investigation into allegations of doping and fraud at the Olympic games 2014 in Sochi, the report argues that the system is to conceal a positive doping tests in Russia have been applied in 643 cases from 2011 to 2015, it involved athletes from 30 sports. Himself a canadian lawyer stressed that this is a progress report and the investigation must continue.

The Commission’s investigation of WADA was the reason for the banning of some Russian athletes to the Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro, as well as all of the Russian Paralympic team to the Games in 2016.

Richard McLaren will publish the second part of the report doping in sport on 9 December 2016. Publication will take place the next day after the meeting of the Executive Committee of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
