The headquarters of the elected President of the USA of Donald trump on Saturday announced that the billionaire decided to dismiss them based charitable Foundation, Trump Foundation, to avoid conflicting private and public interests. However, the new York Prosecutor’s office reacted quickly and decisively: on dissolution of the Fund at the moment cannot be considered.
“In regard to the Trump Foundation, our Department is still conducting an investigation, and the Fund may not be legally dissolved until, while this investigation will not be completed”, – TASS quoted the official representative of the Prosecutor’s office Amy Spitalnick. How long will be this check, she said.
The trump said yesterday that his Fund had “done an incredibly good job, donated millions of dollars to countless groups of needy persons.” The President-elect emphasized that he does not intend to cease its charitable activities, but will conduct it in other ways.
Trump also added that he was proud to work for the Trump Foundation. “Based on what I’m going to devote a lot of time and energy to the presidency, solving the many problems facing our country and the world, I don’t want done by the Foundation productive work was associated to a possible conflict of interest,” said a Republican. According to him, he had already decided to take the necessary steps to stop the activities of the Fund.

Then the media reported that the investigation started on the basis of recent information on suspicious transactions conducted by the Fund. Some publications claimed that the Fund of Donald trump is actually involved in the redistribution of contributions from other sources, and the billionaire made the last donation in 2008.
Trump has also been accused in 2013, he through his Foundation made illegal cash payments to the attorney General of Florida pam Bondi, who wanted to open a case against the organization under the name “trump University”. Opponents of the billionaire would consider the payment of a bribe in exchange for a waiver of initiation of the investigation. Trump, however, called it a voluntary donation for political purposes.
