This was stated by the official representative of the Ministry of defense of Russia major-General Igor Konashenkov.

UN Secretary-General for humanitarian Affairs, Jan Egeland, as well as
representatives of USA, UK, France, Germany and various
international organizations”, – said Konashenkov, quoted by “Interfax”.

As noted by the representative of the military Department, “in recent weeks they demanded to prevent militants-held areas of Eastern Aleppo convoys with humanitarian aid”.

The UN Staffan de Mistura, foreign Ministry of great Britain or France, the US state Department not
received any treatment for the provision of humanitarian assistance. Though
now, in the absence of the militants freed blocks, for
the delivery of humanitarian aid are all necessary conditions,” – said Konashenkov.

“Apparently, this help was meant for some other
people living in Eastern districts of Aleppo”, – said the major-General.

The representative of the Ministry of defense reported that more than 5.5 thousand civilians, including more than 2.8 million children, out of the militant-controlled districts of Aleppo, with the assistance of the Russian Center for reconciliation.
