The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the law on the Federal budget for 2017 and the planning period of 2018 and 2019, reports RIA “Novosti”.
The law was adopted by the state Duma on 9 December 2016 and approved by the Federation Council on 14 December 2016. The main purpose of this document, fiscal consolidation for the next three years. According to the law, the volume of Russia’s GDP in 2017 will be 86,806 trillion rubles, the volume of Federal budget revenues – 13,4876 trillion rubles, expenditures – 16,24 trillion rubles. The Federal budget deficit is set at 2,7532 trillion rubles, inflation not expected to exceed 4%.
In 2017, the budget deficit will amount to 3.2% of GDP, after which it will decline to 2.2% of GDP in 2018 and 1.2% of GDP in 2019.
In 2018 and 2019, the revenues are planned at 14 trillion 28.5 billion rubles and 14 trillion 844,8 billion respectively, spending in 2018 is 16 trillion 39.7 billion rubles in 2019 – 15 trillion 986,98 billion. The budget deficit in 2018 will amount to 2 trillion 11.2 billion in 2019 – $ 1 trillion 142,2 billion.

In 2017, Federal subsidies to Chechnya and the Crimea will be allocated almost the same amount as in the current year. While subsidies to other regions of Russia will grow by more than 15%.
According to the adopted budget, Chechnya will receive from the Federal budget in 2017 subsidies for 40.4 billion roubles – almost the same as in 2016. Subsidies Republic of Crimea will amount to 37.2 billion rubles in 2017.
Of the budgets of Chechnya and the Crimea will receive in a General manner. This so-called subsidies to the regions for equalization of budgetary security. Chechnya in 2017 is $ 24 billion, Crimea – 18.5 billion.

The total amount of subsidies from the Federal budget to the Russian regions is scheduled for 2017 in the amount of 738,3 billion – approximately 97 billion (15%) more than expected at the end of 2016.
