Protection of the rights of the Crimean Tatars is a priority for Turkey, said foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu during his visit to Ukraine, reports RIA “Novosti”.

“We support the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Among our priorities is the Crimean Tatars, the protection of their identity, protection from aggression. We will continue close contacts with the representatives of the Crimean Tatars on the issue and we will put him on the international arena”, – Cavusoglu said at a press conference in Kiev.
