The US President Donald trump said that the issue of nuclear and missile development in North Korea requires a “speedy solution”. The U.S. leader did not specify what methods he’s going to solve the problem, however, informed the Secretary of state of the United States Rex Tillerson said that the strike of the DPRK in the Americas it was only a matter of time, and therefore Washington should respond first. The head of the state Department did not exclude that speech can go and about the military operation.
“The North Korean regime creates enormous challenges, and we must deal with it. And probably to understand quickly,” trump said Monday during a reception at the White house Prime Minister Narendra modi (quoted by TASS). He also thanked modi for the fact that India has adopted new sanctions against the North Korean regime in accordance with the decisions of the UN Security Council.
Note that in early June the official newspaper of the workers party of North Korea, “Rodong Sinmun” declared the readiness of the armed forces of the country to launch a nuclear missile attack on the continental United States. “If Washington will dare to make a provocation against Pyongyang, the DPRK will deal a fair nuclear strike that will turn the US into ashes” – said in the article.
The newspaper also stressed that pre-emptive strike on the US can be applied “at any time”, and Washington’s attempts to intimidate the DPRK with strategic nuclear weapons placed around the Korean Peninsula, “ridiculous”.
According to the newspaper, North Korea “will produce a more precise and diversified nuclear weapons and their means of delivery as long as the US does not make a reasonable choice.” Under smart choice is a complete rejection of Donald trump from the hostile policy toward the people’s Republic.”
Earlier, the UN Security Council adopted a resolution that expands sanctions against North Korea in response to recent rocket launches in the country. The security Council urged North Korea to immediately halt prohibited nuclear activities, as well as to take action to “a political diplomatic settlement” of tensions on the Korean Peninsula. In Pyongyang, the document is not recognized, arguing that the country has every right to strengthen the defense capability amid the hostile policy of Washington.
