The new package of sanctions against the Russian Federation, introduced by the decree of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, in particular, contains a ban on the activities of the Russian payment systems in the country, reports UNIAN.
The right to work are deprived of the “Golden Crown”, “Hummingbird” (formerly “Blitz”), which is managed by “Sberbank of Russia”, “International remittances “Leader”, “Unistream”, Blizko and Anelik.
Only in accordance with the document, the sanctions will affect 271 of the Russian company, 682 individuals, in particular Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, Senator Elena Mizulina, the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov, Deputy of the state Duma Vladimir Zhirinovsky, some officials of the breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk national republics, and also companies such as “Rosoboronexport”, “KAMAZ”, “UTair” and many others.
Poroshenko also instructed to prepare a decision on further sanctions against deputies of the state Duma, took part in the elections to the state Duma in Crimea. “This applies to both deputies and members of election commissions”, – said the national security Council and defense (NSDC) of Ukraine.
The decree of the President issued pursuant to received on the eve of the NSDC decision on additional sanctions against “persons involved in the Russian aggression against Ukraine and illegal actions against the Ukrainian people.” The text of the decree and the relevant sanctions lists published on the website of the President.

The first time the restrictive measures against Russian individuals and legal entities of Ukraine introduced in September 2015. Then, under different types of sanctions (ban on entry into the country to the seizure of property) were 388 people, and 105 companies. At the end of August 2016 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has prolonged the effect of these sanctions by expanding the list 250 of the physical and legal persons 46.
In addition, Ukraine has stopped the export to Russia of military goods and dual-use goods and imposed a ban on military-technical cooperation with Russia, terminating including an intergovernmental agreement on military-technical cooperation of 1993.
