In Volnovakha district of Donetsk region the police finds out circumstances of death of a minor child that night went outside to the toilet and could not get back to the house. The boy suffered severe hypothermia and arrived on the scene, the doctors gave him up for dead.
Currently police have opened a criminal case under part 2 of article 15, paragraph 2 of part 2 of article 115 (“Murder juvenile”), article 166 (“Malicious non-performance of duties on care of the child or person in respect of whom is established guardianship or guardianship”), article 140 (“Improper performance of professional duties by medical or pharmaceutical worker”) the criminal code of Ukraine, reports the official website of the regional police.
According to the begun investigation, the evening of 25 October, the family of two boys celebrated the birthday of his mother. Then the head of the family went to work the night shift, the house was 27-year-old wife and children aged two to seven years.
In the morning the husband returned home and saw on the street, on the doorstep of his home, the younger son no signs of life. “According to preliminary version, the night the boy, unable to Wake up my mom, went to the toilet on the street itself, but to open the door ago could not,” – said in a press release.
The boy’s parents called the ambulance. The doctor examined the frozen child and pronounced him dead. After that, the baby’s body was taken to a local hospital.
“A few hours after the transportation of the body of the child to a medical facility by lying the baby passed a young doctor and saw the baby showing signs of life,” said the police.
In the resuscitation doctors managed to start the boy’s heart, but the brain and lungs were already dead.
The investigation is conducted under the supervision of the chief of police Donetsk oblast Vyacheslav Abroskin. “Who is to blame for the death of a child, the developments in the provision of medical care, we will investigate in the course of carrying out investigative actions”, – said General of police.
