“Rotation of management in state corporations – this is normal, and periodically it should be done. And it would be logical if Gryzlov replaced Kirienko. It is necessary to maintain continuity,” said a senior official of the presidential administration.

Gryzlov headed the Supervisory Board of Rosatom in November 2011, shortly before the resignation of the Chairman of the state Duma. The appointment was a political as compensation for leaving high positions, said the source in state Corporation.
